Limited Lifetime Warranty

Cloud 9 Cushions & More offers to the original purchaser a Limited Lifetime Replacement Warranty for any manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, not normal wear and tear. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.

What is not covered:

  • The warranty is only valid for Cloud 9 products purchased directly from Cloud 9 Cushions & More or through authorized channels with proof of purchase and registered under our warranty program.
  • This warranty does not include the removable cushion cover, which is warranted for two years for manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.
  • To file a Warranty Claim, please complete the following steps:

  • Contact us by email at support@Cloud9SeatCushion.com with your Order Number and specify the item(s) you wish to file a warranty claim. Provide a description of the issue and attach pictures showing the issue if applicable.
  • Once the Cloud 9 product is returned it will be inspected for repair or replacement. The warranty process can take up to 2-3 weeks.
